Bruce H. Swan, B.Comm (hons), DHA, FCCSHE, CEC

Bruce is an Executive Coach who brings over thirty years Senior Executive experience from the Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer positions in small, medium and large health care corporations in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario. As President and CEO he utilized the coach approach to leadership while implementing a coaching culture, and saw firsthand how this approach supported leaders in stepping up to the plate and fulfilling the role of the position they held title to. His coaching experience spans the corporate world in private industry, health care, social services and education. He is an Accreditation Surveyor for Accreditation Canada who set standards of performance for the health care system.

Bruce likes to see people succeed at whatever they set out to do. His coaching is a powerful partnership where learning takes place, where growth personally and professionally occurs by unleashing the Executive's human potential, and where transformation takes place as the Executive reaches new heights by creating a positive future.

Bruce has two adult daughters, one of whom is married with two sons. Bruce is a Certified Executive Coach and graduate of Royal Roads University with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, the University of Toronto with a Graduate Certificate in Hospital Administration, and Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce (hons). He is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives and a member of the International Coach Federation.
