How Do You Qualify for the Associate Program?
All Associate coaches can feel confident that everyone in the program has achieved a high level of skill as a coach. Criteria for acceptance include:
- Completion of an ICF-accredited training program
- An ICF credential (or completion within first year of Associate membership)
- Successful participation in the application process, including
- A written statement of your purpose in applying, the contributions you would bring, and your personal vision as a coach
- An audited coaching session
- A live interview with Carollyne Conlinn
