Joining Full Spectrum Coaching as an Associate brings substantial benefits, and also requires a financial commitment from the new Associate. The set-up fee to become an Associate is $15,000. This entitles the Associate to:

12 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching with Carollyne Conlinn in the first year—a $6,000 value.
Affiliation with one of the strongest brands in coaching.
Immediate Web presence, including

Ability to refer prospective clients to a site that outlines the benefits and process of coaching
A personal page on the Full Spectrum Website with photo and bio
Links to other high visibility coaching resources

A complete set of personalized marketing materials ready for printing
A comprehensive set of forms and documents for use with your coaching clients
Contract management, billing, and other administrative support
25% discount on training in many valuable assessments and programs
Inclusion on contracts sold by Full Spectrum or other Associates, which builds your practice.

Ongoing costs are based on percentage of business.

For business sold by Full Spectrum, the Associate coach who delivers the service receives 55% of the billed rate.
For business sold and delivered by the Associate, the Associate receives 70%, with 30% to Full Spectrum.
For business sold by the Associate and delivered by other coaches, the Associate receives 15% of the billed rate.
