The Coaching Structure is Designed to Fit Your Needs
A great deal of coaching takes place one-on-one, often on the telephone, and sometimes in person. There is great power in the coach/client relationship.
In other cases, coaches may work with groups of clients, participating in meetings, for example, to support clients as they strive to improve their communication.
Coaches also may become more deeply engaged in a work unit, helping them develop a culture that fosters coaching and transcends organizational barriers at a more profound level and at an accelerated pace. This may include training for selected clients; click here for more information about Excelerator training programs.
