Full Spectrum Coaching offers a full range of coaching services for individuals and organizations, as well as development, certification and marketing support for coaches. We also train consultants in using a coaching approach to deliver expert subject matter to their clients.
Full Spectrum's programs are based on the Excelerator System, which uses three keystone principles we have found to be critical to successful learning and growth.

Carollyne Conlinn founded Full Spectrum Coaching in 1999 after a 30-year career with Aramark Canada, a division of Aramark International, the world's leading management services firm. Full Spectrum's principles and practices embody Carollyne's philosophy that every person has a unique brilliance to share with the world. She founded the company to share her expertise through a step-by-step coaching method that accelerates the natural process of developing our unique capacity for brilliance.
Marjorie Busse has over 25 years of professional coaching experience, and offers her clients an expansive breadth of knowledge complemented by impressive qualifications. In fact, she's achieved the highest possible designation in her field as a Master Certified Coach. Her expertise is utilized on faculty at the prestigious Royal Roads University in the Executive Coaching Program, and at the Justice Institute of BC's Centre for Conflict Resolution. She's a coach to countless corporations and individuals. She's also a published author and keynote speaker.
Dave Busse adeptly coaches business leaders by applying his hard-won, hands-on experience.
Whether managing critical situations as a Paramedic or thinking strategically as the Director of the Paramedic Academy at the Justice Institute of BC (JIBC), Dave acquired the ability to quickly assess areas of need and explore creative solutions... an aptitude that proves invaluable as he coaches organizational leaders in today's complex leadership environments. With a Masters in Business Administration, his knowledge of current practices and trends complement his work.
Associates
Liz Reyer joined Full Spectrum Coaching as an Associate in 2005. She brings both business and coaching expertise to Full Spectrum, along with a deep commitment to contributing to the growth of others through coaching.
Bruce Swan, joined Full Spectrum Coaching in 2008. Bruce brings over 30 years of senior executive experience in health care corporations across Canada. As President and CEO he utilized the coach approach to leadership while implementing a coaching culture, and saw firsthand how this approach supported leaders in stepping up to the plate and fulfilling the role of the position they held title to.
