Full Spectrum Coaching has both the research background and the coaching expertise to put this all together. In addition to her coaching expertise, Liz Reyer, brings 15 years of research experience including customer satisfaction research, organizational assessments, and a wide variety of custom research projects. Liz has a Master’s degree in Political Science, focused on research methodology and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. Master Certified Coach Carollyne Conlinn offers a rich background in organizations that helps inform the content of the surveys, and has evaluated the coaching programs within public and private sector organizations.
